Questions about shipping across Poland
When can I pick up my order?
You choose the day and time of pickup or delivery in the cart. Order at least 24 h before your chosen time - each product shows how long we need to prepare it.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Warsaw, Kraków, the Tricity, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Katowice, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Inowrocław and Konstancin-Jeziorna. We're working on extending our reach - you can check your exact postcode in the location picker.
How are the products packed and transported?
We pack every order in rigid packaging made for transport, and the parcel travels with a dedicated DPD Food courier at a controlled temperature - a service made for food, more careful than a standard courier delivery.
How long do preparation and delivery take?
You'll find the preparation time on every product (usually 24-72 h from placing your order). Once dispatched, the DPD Food courier usually delivers the parcel the next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
DPD Food courier delivery costs 30,00 zł. The minimum order for courier shipping is 200 zł, and delivery is free from 500 zł.
Will the products arrive fresh?
Yes - for courier shipping we choose products from our range that travel well and keep their full flavour, and the controlled temperature in transit takes care of the rest. We make them fresh, so your parcel leaves straight from our pastry kitchen.
