1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) constitute IT data, in particular text files, stored on the User’s end device and intended for use with the website’s webpages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

3. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the website operator: Batida Group sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. 4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

    a) adapting the content of the website’s webpages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the webpages; in particular, these files make it possible to recognize the User’s device and display a webpage appropriately adapted to the User’s individual needs;

    b) creating statistics that help us understand how Users use the website’s webpages, which enables us to improve their structure and content; c) maintaining the website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to enter their login and password again on every subpage of the website;

    c) creating advertisements promoting Batida products, tailored to the User’s expectations, on various available advertising platforms;

    d) maintaining the website User’s session (in particular, the contents of the shopping cart), thanks to which the User will not lose their shopping list after leaving the website.
