Theoretically, we expect experience in every position. However, if you really want to join our team - contact us. Write an email, include a few words about yourself and your passions. We will definitely contact you - perhaps this is what we are looking for.
Recruitment at our company consists of four stages:
1. Sending your CV through the "Career" tab on our website.
2. After reading the application, we will contact you by phone. This will be a preliminary conversation in which we will ask you a few questions.
3. If after the conversation we feel a common chemistry - we will invite you to a meeting in our office.
4. Depending on the position you are applying for - it is possible that we will invite you to a paid trial day during the conversation.
Depending on the position you apply, the conversation will take place in the office, cafe, confectionery or confectionery workshop.
We will probably contact you up to 5 days from the recruitment conversation. This time may be extended depending on the rectification process and the position you apply to.
On your first day, you'll go through our onboarding presentation, receive the necessary tools for your job, and complete OHS training. In the following days, you'll work alongside a team member who will introduce you to everyone, guide you through your responsibilities, and assist you with the onboarding process.
We expect knowledge of English at a communicative level from people who apply to the position of seller and waiter. We require smooth knowledge of English from sales specialists, which will enable free communication with a foreign client.
