TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BATIDA BRAND ONLINE STORE
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The seller of the goods is the company: BATIDA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Królewska 2 lok. Nr. 1U-24 , 00-065 in Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register: 0000167112, NIP: 5260213008, REGON: 006921037.
- At www.batida.plBATIDA Sp. z o.o. company conducts business activity in the field of retail sales of confectionery, bakery and delicatessen products of BATIDA Sp. z o.o. company, directed to consumers and entrepreneurs.

- All prices of the presented goods are expressed in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT). Binding on the parties to the transaction is the price shown next to the product at the time of placing an order by the Customer. Prices do not include shipping costs.
- Information found on the website and subpages of the Online Store Batida do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
The prices are an indication of the remuneration for which the Seller may accept for execution order Customer. The customer placing an order using the mechanisms available on the website and subpages of the Online Store Batida (www.batida.pl) submits an offer to purchase a specific product under the conditions specified in the rules of the Batida Internet Store Batida.
- All products offered by Batida Internet Shop (batida.pl) are fresh, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally introduced into the Polish market.
- For all goods sold by Batida Internet Shop (batida.pl) Batida Sp. z o.o. issues VAT invoices. In the absence of an invoice, a fiscal receipt will be attached to the order.
- Through the Internet Shop Batida, the Seller provides the Customer with a service by electronic means, which consists in providing the Customer with the possibility to browse the publicly available content of the Internet Shop Batida, which consists of textual, graphic and audiovisual content.
- The Seller also provides the Customer with a service by electronic means, which consists in enabling the Customer to conclude with the Seller a contract of sale of the products described on the pages of the BatidaOnline Store .
- If the Customer decides to create an account in the Batida Online Store Batida, the Seller also provides to the Customer a service by electronic means consisting of creating and maintaining an account in the Batida Online Store Batida.
- The Seller informs Buyer that the content available on the pages of the Batida Online Store Batida are works within the meaning of the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, to which the Seller holds the copyright.
- The Seller informs the Client that further dissemination of the content by the Buyer without the Seller's consent, except for the use of the content within the framework of permitted personal use, constitutes an infringement of the Seller's copyright and may result in civil or criminal liability.
DEFINITIONS
The terms used in these terms and conditions mean:
- Consumer- A natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to his/her business or professional activity;
- Customer- natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, but having legal capacity, using the online store (batida.pl) including, in particular, making purchases;
- Seller- BATIDA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Królewska 2 lok. Nr. 1U-24 , 00-065 in Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Department of the National Court Register: 0000167112, NIP: 5260213008, REGON: 006921037.
- Online Store Batida- online store Batida run by the Seller at the addressbatida.pl;
- Regulations- these terms and conditions for the provision of services by the Seller electronically within the online store Batida;
- Product- any item ordered from the Seller;
- Order- the Customer's statement of intent, aimed directly at concluding Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of products.
III. PLACING ORDERS
- The person placing the order simultaneously declares that he/she has full legal capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
- Goods are sold on the basis of orders placed via the Internet. Orders are accepted 7 days a week, 24 hours in the Batida Internet Store via the website Online:batida.pl
- The customer can place an order:
-by registering and thus creating an account in the Online Store Batida by entering the website www.batida.pl(or)
-making a purchase without registering an account in the Batida Online Store by going towww.batida.plwithout logging in.
- If the Customer decides to register, the Customer provides his/her data in the form of an e-mail address and enters his/her proposed password in order to secure access to the account he/she has created.
- To place an order, the Customer adds goods to the shopping cart using the button located in the product card "Add to cart", "To cart" / "Finalize shopping", "View cart" / "Your cart". This marks the end of adding products to the cart and proceeds to the order summary. With the "Continue" button, you accept the order summary and proceed to your personal and pickup data.
- Acceptance of the shopping cart is done with the "Finalize shopping" / "Proceed further" button, as a result of which the customer is redirected to the option of completing address data and making a choice of delivery method.
- The next step is the option to choose the place of delivery (personal pick-up or delivery to a specified address), the date of order pick-up and the payment method.
- Before placing an order, the Customer is asked to check the correctness of the entire order, in particular the contact details, and to accept these regulations and privacy policy.
- The Customer then places an order (purchase offer) using the "Buy and pay" button.
- The customer is redirected to the payment system Przelewy24 to make payment.
- After the order is paid, an email confirming the order is sent to the email address provided by the customer in the order, from the email address sklep@batida.pl.
- If the order has not been paid, an email is sent from the email address sklep@batida.pl with a link to pay for the order through the Przelewy24 payment system.
- The final and binding confirmation of placing an order with the obligation of its execution is a return message, confirming the submission of payment for the order from the Przelewy24 system.

IV. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
- Placing an order is not tantamount to its acceptance for execution.
- The Seller has the right to refuse to process an order within 48 hours, for example, due to the lack of a certain product or the inability to process the order in the specified by the Customer. In the case of paid orders, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid immediately after informing The aforementioned provision does not apply to orders accepted for execution, i.e. those for which a sales contract has been concluded.
- The Seller reserves the right not to process an order in which the Customer has provided incomplete or false data, or the Customer in the comment to the order has entered information inconsistent with the content of the order placed on the e-commerce platform, concerning, among other things: a different date of delivery, a different time or place of delivery, or other additional elements that may be subject to additional payment.
- Due to the short shelf life indicated in para. 4 above and for the reasons indicated in point VI 1. below, Customer may withdraw from the contract and cancel the order before it is accepted for execution. The seller allows cancellation of an order accepted for processing only if the order is at a stage of processing that allows its withdrawal. Usually it is no 48 hours before the order is processed.
- The standard deadline for order completion is from 24 to 48 hours from the moment of crediting funds to the Seller's account, authorization of transactions in the case of electronic payments.
- Ordered goods can be collected by the Customer in person at one of the points of sale in Warsaw:

The customer may make changes to the order consisting of changing the date, place of delivery or composition of the order no later than 48 hours before the order due date, only in the form of a message with an instruction to: sklep@batida.pl
The minimum order amount with delivery is 45 PLN gross plus the cost of delivery. Ordered goods can also be delivered to the address specified by the Customer, within Warsaw and selected neighboring municipalities. The cost of delivery is covered by the Customer. The cost of delivery is divided as follows:
- Cost: 48,00 PLN - Warsaw districts: Śródmieście, Żoliborz, Wola, Targówek, Praga-Południe, Praga-Północ, Ochota, Mokotów, Włochy, Wilanów, Wesoła, Wawer, Ursynów, Ursus, Rembertów, Bielany, Białołęka, Bemowo
- Cost: PLN 48.00 - Municipalities neighboring Warsaw: Piaseczno, Konstancin-Jeziorna, Łomianki
- Cost: PLN 60.00 - Municipalities adjacent to Warsaw: Izabelin, Piastów, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Nadarzyn, Pruszków, Józefów, Marki, Jabłonna, Czosnów, Raszyn, Stare Babice (Babice Nowe), Izabelin
- Cost: PLN 60.00 - Municipalities neighboring Warsaw: Wiązowna, Otwock, Kobylka, Zielonka, Wieliszew, Izabelin, Legionowo, Halinów
>In case of a request for delivery outside the standard delivery area, the cost of the service is determined individually, each time to be reviewed and accepted by Batida. Batida retains the right to refuse an order due to the delivery address, which results in the inability to deliver to the specified address on the specified date.
If the delivery, despite attempts made by the courier, is not received, the order will wait until the end of the next day at the boutique, 2 Królewska Street, Warsaw, from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Deliveries outside of Warsaw are made by agreement expressed by e-mail and submitted electronically to the e-mail address:sklep@batida.pl. Selected products can be delivered by Polish mail or an external courier. The cost of such delivery is individually determined each time and depends on the current price list of the supplier, weight and size of the product.
- Comments provided by the Customer in the "Comment" field, the Seller will try to implement as far as possible - they can not be considered as guaranteed benefits by the Seller and do not condition the completion of the basic order placed by the Customer.
- If the Customer orders a cake with dedication or a plaque with dedication, BATIDA Sp z o.o. assumes no responsibility for the content contained therein. In special cases, BATIDA Sp. z o may refuse, without giving any reason, to carry out an order with a dedication attached to the order due to its content, of which the Customer will be immediately informed.
- Standard products have manufacturer's marks, graphic elements and other decorative elements, which may not be visible in the sample photos. The colors shown in the photos may actually differ from the prints or presentation on the computer monitor. - TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for purchases made may be made in the following form:
-Credit card
-Payment card
-Electronic transfer
-Clarna
- Electronic transactions are carried out through the payment system Przelewy24. Only orders that have been confirmed by Przelewy24 as paid or if the payment has been credited to the bank account of BATIDA Sp. z o.o. are realized.
V. DPD FOODS DELIVERY

Delivery time
a) Orders are delivered within 3 business days after placing the order.
b) Orders are not delivered on Mondays, weekends and holidays. - Delivery
conditions
a) The cold chain shall be monitored to ensure the freshness of the products.
b) The shipment may contain goods that do not require controlled temperature.
c) The goods must be able to withstand damage caused by increased humidity and/or low temperature in the refrigeration chambers.

Security
a) The delivery is certified in accordance with ATP and has the required permits from the Sanitary Inspectorate.
b) The sender receives an SMS and e-mail notification of the incoming shipment.
c) A phone number for the courier is provided in the SMS or e-mail. -
Delivery availability
a) The possibility of delivery depends on the recipient's postal code - the system automatically adjusts delivery availability based on the code entered. -
Delivery hours
a) DPD Foods delivers shipments during business hours of the day.
b) It is not possible to choose a specific delivery hour. -
Delivery costs
a) The shipping cost is PLN 30 gross. -
Complaints
a) If you receive damaged goods, the complaint should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
b) The complaint report should include a photo confirming the damage and should be sent to the e-mail address: sklep@batida.pl.
c) Complaint will be processed within 3 working daysd) Refund of accepted complaint will be made within 21 working days.
VI. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Withdrawal from the purchase contract.
- The Seller informs that, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by making a statement to that effect in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item, except for the following cases described in Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance is not granted to the consumer in With regard to contracts: pt. 3) in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated thing, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs; pt. 4) in which the subject of the performance is an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf life; point.5) in which the subject of the performance is an item supplied in sealed packaging, which after opening the packaging can not be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
- In view of the above, a customer making an order throughbatida.plis not entitled to withdraw from the concluded contract due to the rapid deterioration of products offered in the Batida Internet Shop except as indicated in point IV 5 above.
- The seller does not accept any parcels and returns of goods by cash on delivery or COD.
- In special and justified cases it is possible to cancel an order, provided that it has not yet been produced after deduction.
- The order should be checked by the customer and the employee of the point of sale / driver / employee of the courier company. For this purpose, the ordered product / products should be seen and presented and checked with the protocol of receipt and release of goods.
- The seller is not responsible for errors in placing orders due to congestion in the systems of payment platforms and banks. However, disputes arising from the above will be settled by the Seller in an amicable manner aimed at the satisfaction of the Buyer.
VII. COMPLAINTS
- The Customer, before receiving the order, is obliged to check it at the point of sale in the presence of an employee of the point of sale or in the presence of the supplier (driver / employee of the courier company).
- If the product is found to be inconsistent with the contract after its receipt or delivery, the Customer may file a complaint at any point of sale, providing the product and proof of purchase. Thus, the customer may not accept the goods.
- Complaint will be considered by the Seller if it is filed immediately after the goods are found to be inconsistent with the contract.
- The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission by the Customer. BATIDA will inform the Customer by e-mail or by phone about the way the complaint is considered.
- In case of positive consideration of the complaint, the refund will be made in the form of:
-return via Przelwy24 system within 21 working days (or).
-return by transfer to the Customer's account (in the case of payment by electronic transfer) within 21 working days ; (or)
-voucher for products from the Online Store Batida. Each complaint is considered individually.
- Any disputes arising from the above points, will be settled by the Seller by amicable means, aimed at customer satisfaction.
VIII. DEFECTS IN PRODUCTS
- The Seller agrees to provide the Customer with a product free of defects.
- If the Customer finds a defect, he may make a statement to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract, unless the Seller immediately and without undue inconvenience to the Customer replaces the defective item with a defect-free one defect or will remove the defect. This restriction does not apply if the Goods have already been replaced or repaired by the Seller or the Seller has failed to comply with the obligation to replace the item with a defect-free item or remove the defect.
- If the Customer is a Consumer, he may:
- instead of the removal of the defect proposed by the Seller, demand the replacement of the thing with a defect-free one (or)
- instead of replacing the thing, demand the removal of the defect, unless bringing the thing into conformity with the contract in the way chosen by the Consumer is impossible or would require excessive costs in comparison with the way proposed by the Seller.
- In assessing the excessive cost, the value of the defect-free item, the type and significance of the identified defect shall be taken into account, as well as the inconvenience to which the Consumer would be exposed by another way of satisfaction.
- The reduced price should remain in such proportion to the price under the contract in which the value of the thing with the defect remains to the value of the thing without the defect.
- The customer may not withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant.
AMICABLE SETTLEMENT OF THE DISPUTE
- The seller agrees to amicable settlement of any consumer disputes.
- The Consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court ways to resolve complaints and claims. Among other things, the Consumer has the option to:
1) turn to a permanent amicable consumer court with a request to resolve a dispute arising from the concluded sales contract,
2) turn to the provincial inspector of the Commercial Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings for the amicable settlement of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller,
3) use the assistance of a district (city) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.
- For more detailed information on out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, the Consumer can look for at the website https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
- The Consumer can also use the ODR Shop, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform is used to resolve disputes between consumers and businesses seeking out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from an online sales contract or service contract.

- Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is to consist of:
- enabling the parties to bring their positions closer together to resolve the dispute;
- providing the parties with a proposal for resolving the dispute;
- resolving the dispute and imposing a solution on the parties.
- If, following a complaint filed by the Consumer, the dispute is not resolved, the Seller shall provide the Consumer with a statement on paper or other permanent medium:
- intention to request the initiation of proceedings for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes or consent to participate in such proceedings (or)
- refusal to participate in proceedings for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
PERSONAL DATA
- According to in accordance with currently applicable data protection laws, i.e. Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, i.e. the so-called RODO and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.
- We would like to inform you that the administrator of our customers' personal data is BATIDA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Królewska 2 lok. Nr. 1U-24 in Warsaw , registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, KRS 0000167112, NIP (VAT) (PL) 526-021-30-08 and REGON 006921037.
- Entrusted personal data is used only for the purpose of executing the contract and, if the Client agrees by checking the appropriate box when placing an order, for the purpose of informing about new products and promotions offered by BATIDA Sp. z o.o., as well as for the purpose of realizing legally justified interests of the administrator.
- The vendor, in connection with its operations and collected personal data of the client, follows the adopted Privacy Policy, available at www.batida.pl.
There you will find all information required by the RODO related to the processing of personal data by the Seller.
- The Seller, while operating the Online Store Batida uses so-called cookiesin accordance with the provisions of the Policy Cookies available at www.batida.pl
- The Seller shall not shall be liable for damages caused as a result of the Client providing third parties with passwords, access to the provided email account, logins and other non-public data provided for the purpose of order processing, or if a third party came into possession of such data unlawfully (theft of personal data, hacking into IT systems, hacking into an email account).
FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Terms and Conditions set out the rules for shopping at the Batida Online Store . Placing an order is tantamount to agreement with all provisions and information contained in the regulations.
- In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply:
- Act of April 23, 1964. - Civil Code;
- The Act of February 16, 2007 on competition and consumer protection;
- Act of September 23, 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes; and other legal acts referred to in these Regulations.
- The provisions of these Regulations may be amended by the Seller at any time. The aforementioned changes will be published on the websitebatida.pl,in connection with which it is possible to check and print the currently valid version at any time.
- Sales contracts concluded before the amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of conclusion of the contract.
- A customer who has a user account in the Online Store Batida, will be informed of any change in the Regulations to the e-mail address assigned to the user account. In the event of non-acceptance of the amended Regulations, the Buyer may terminate the user account agreement with immediate effect (delete the user account) without incurring any costs..
- For the use of the Online Store Batida the Client's data communication system should meet the following minimum technical requirements:
- Web browser: Mircosoft Edge; Mozzila Firefox; Opera; Chrome; Safari.
- The user should have JavaScript enabled in the browser.
- From the Online Store Batida(not) can be used anonymously.
- The seller reserves the right to introduce temporary promotions and withdraw products from the Online Store Batida.
- The customer, using the Online Store Batida may not provide content of an unlawful nature. The customer is obliged to use the Online Store Batida in a manner consistent with the law, good practice and the Terms and Conditions. It is not allowed, in particular:
- sending via forms available in the Online Store Batida unlawful content, in particular, content that is offensive, racist, discriminatory, inciting aggression or hatred, sexist, pornographic,
- use of the Online Store Batida for marketing activities, in particular, publishing comments in the Store of an advertising, marketing, promotional, sales nature,
- publishing in the Online Store Batida content that violates other people's personal rights or intellectual property rights, in particular copyright,
- use of the Online Store Batida in a way that is disruptive to other users or the Vendor,
- taking any actions aimed at disturbing the proper functioning of the Online Store Batida, in particular through the use of malicious software,
- use of content available in the Online Store Batida with exceeding the limits of permitted personal use, in particular distributing this content outside the Online Store Batida,
- sharing user account access data with others.

II. DEFINITIONS
● Rules and Regulations - these rules and regulations for the provision of services by the Seller electronically within the Batida Online Store
● Participant - an adult natural person with full legal capacity, who has registered in the Loyalty Program on the terms and conditions described in the Rules and has accepted the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations

● Order- a declaration of will of the Customer, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of products.
● Points - units awarded to Participants in exchange for a certain amount spent by the Participant in the Batida Online Store to purchase products and services of Vendors or in exchange for the performance of certain actions, accrued during the duration of the Program through the Batida Online Store website or other participation, under the terms and conditions described in these Regulations, entitling Participants to to receive a Prize
● Prize - a prize due to the Participant for achieving the number of Points required to collect it, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
● Prize Pickup Point - an established variant of the Vendor, taking place through the Batida Online Store, where the Participant can pick up Prizes or use Discounts by placing an order at the Batida Online Store
● Participation Levels - levels of established titles, determining the Participant's loyalty status and access to additional privileges
III. REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
Participation in the Program is voluntary. In order to participate in the Program, it is necessary to register an Account. In order to create an Account, the Participant must have his/her own e-mail address. The Participant is obliged to provide true data in the registration process, under pain of the consequences provided for in § 3.7.
The Participant may have only one Account in the Application, regardless of the number of mobile devices and e-mail addresses he/she has. In case of noticing any irregularities, the Participant's Account may be blocked and the collected points erased.
The Participant's Account is associated with his/her email address regardless of the registration and login method chosen by the Participant.
IV. PRIZES AND AWARDING OF POINTS
1. Points are accrued automatically when the conditions of an activity are met. In the case of activities that require confirmation and/or system failures (e.g., sharing a post), the Participant may be asked to send proof of completion to the e-mail address sklep@batida.pl.
2. Rules for exchange of points for prizes Collected points can be exchanged for attractive prizes and discounts in the Batida Online Store. Prizes are awarded according to the following formula:
○ 55 zlotys discount on purchases - 100 points
○ 25 zlotys discount on purchases - 50 points
After collecting the appropriate number of points, the Participant may redeem the discount when placing an order at the Batida Online Store. To do so, the
Participant
must log in to his/her account and place an order using the online system, in accordance with the rules of the Batida Online Store, described in the terms and conditions at https://batida.pl/
3. Rules of awarding points Participants in the Batida Loyalty Program can earn loyalty points for activities related to the Batida brand. Points are awarded according to the following rules:

Observing Batida on the TikTok platform - 5 points
○ Observing Batida on the Instagram platform - 5 points
○ Sharing a posted
Batida's post on Facebook platform - 10 points
○ Subscribing to Batida's newsletter - 5 points
○ Birthday bonus - 5 points
○ Giving a review -
1 point
○ Account registration - 3 points
○ Order
placed- 1 point, for every 10 PLN spent
○ Rewards for recommending the program Participants of the Batida Loyalty Program can earn additional points by recommending the program to their friends:
● A new user (a person invited by the Participant) receives a 15% discount on the first purchases after registering in the Program.
● A Participant who has referred the Program receives 10 points for each new user who makes a first purchase.
Referral points are automatically credited after the new user finalizes the first order.
4. Levels of Participation The Batida Loyalty Program includes four levels of participation that determine a Participant's loyalty status and access to additional privileges:
○ Silver - granted automatically upon account creation.
○
Gold - reached after earning 200 points | point multiplier x1.2
○ Platinum - reached after earning 1,000 points | point multiplier x1.3
○ Diamond - the highest level, available after earning 2,000 points | point multiplier x1.5
5. Prize redemption Rewards can only be redeemed through the Batida Online Store. Discounts are calculated automatically when placing an order after reaching the required number of points.
Rewards are not exchangeable for cash or other equivalents. Points collected under the Program The Loyalty Program's terms and conditions do not expire. They remain active in the Participant's account indefinitely.
V. COMPLAINTS
All comments and complaints regarding the Program should be submitted by e-mail to: sklep@batida.pl. Complaints are processed immediately, no later than within 14 days of receipt.
VI. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the Program is: BATIDA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Królewska 2 lok. Nr. 1U-24 , 00-065 in Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register: 0000167112, NIP: 5260213008, REGON: 006921037 hereinafter: "Administrator").
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: "RODO").
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the prize catalog and the mechanisms for awarding points. Any modification of the regulations will be announced well in advance on the website www.batida.pl. or through the newsletter. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply:
● Act of April 23, 1964.
-Civil Code;
● Act of February 16, 2007 on the protection of competition and consumers;
● Act of September 23, 2016 on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes; and other legal acts referred to in these Regulations.
