Soft comet-shaped gingerbread with a distinct note of orange, coated in Barry Callebaut dark chocolate. This year we swapped white chocolate for dark: it's less sweet and more gingerbready.
The comet is the theme of our Christmas this year - a falling star that promises wonders. We seal the gingerbread in a metal tin, so it works as a gift, an addition to a parcel or a stash for December afternoons with coffee.
