Onion Soup with White Wine

Onion soup with white wine is an aromatic soup inspired by a classic, prepared with a chicken-and-beef broth and plenty of onions. Slowly cooked with semi-dry white wine and thyme, it has a deep, slightly sweet flavor with a delicate hint of acidity.

Only the essentials: onions, broth, clarified butter, wine, and spices. No preservatives, no unnecessary additives - just an honest, well-cooked soup.

Perfect as a starter or a light meal. It tastes great on its own, but is equally delicious with a slice of bread or a crouton.

A classic that never gets boring - served in a convenient form.
