Small, crisp on the outside and delicate inside - mini Pavlova in two different versions. Each one combines a light meringue with a creamy centre and toppings that add a little more texture and character.
The set includes two flavours:
Pistachio - a cream made with 100% pistachio paste, crunchy feuilletine and gold decoration
Vanilla and coconut - a delicate vanilla cream with coconut cream, desiccated coconut and a golden finish
Crunchy, creamy, slightly nutty and coconutty - a little dessert that looks great on a dessert table and disappears much faster than it should.
