To start, we propose a powder-pink meringue with pomegranate and vanilla cream, which melts in your mouth, leaving a light, refreshing aftertaste. We decorated the meringue with a powder-pink French macaroon with raspberries, which introduces a hint of savory flavor to our set and balances the sweetness.
Another delicacy in our set is a vanilla cream puff with mascarpone cheese and raspberries, which combines exceptional lightness and delicacy. On top of the puff we placed crunchy white chocolate, which we decorated with edible gold.
The entire set of 12 sweet desserts on the candy bar is the quintessence of finesse and elegance, the taste of which will remain in the memory of every guest for a long time.
