To start, we offer a powder-pink meringue with pomegranate and vanilla cream that melts in your mouth, leaving a light, refreshing aftertaste. We decorated the meringue with a powder-pink French macaron filled with raspberries, which adds a hint of tartness to our selection and balances its sweetness.
Another treat in our selection is a choux pastry filled with vanilla cream, mascarpone and raspberries, combining exceptional lightness and delicacy. We topped the choux pastry with crunchy white chocolate decorated with edible gold.
