The Yuzu cake is a larger version of our monoportion, made for sharing at the table. The round cake, 18 cm in diameter, serves about 8 servings. Inside there is milk chocolate mousse, cream made from yuzu, an aromatic citrus from Asia, crunchy pailleté with hazelnuts and a chocolate sponge. On top: a milk chocolate glaze, cocoa nibs and gold-dusted hazelnuts.
It's an idea for a birthday, a name day or a family lunch, when you're looking for something different from a classic cake, but still chocolatey.
With the Yuzu cake we recommend Ethiopian filter coffee or a flat white.
