Dacquoise, which we also call "języczek" ("little tongue"), is one of those desserts that look modest but are the first to disappear. An almond meringue, crisp on the outside and tender inside, is layered with silky buttercream with a distinct coffee flavour.

Sweet, slightly nutty, full of coffee and pleasantly crunchy - a little Batida classic that's very easy to reach for a second time.
