The main character is an intense chocolate mousse, prepared on the basis of Belgian Callebaut with a content of 70% cocoa. Its velvety consistency and deep taste are perfectly combined with a chocolate sponge cake, which gives the whole light structure.

On top there are decorative patches of white and milk chocolate, which add delicacy and elegance. It's the perfect cake for all occasions - from family meetings to special moments only for yourself. Chocolate mousse is the quintessence of chocolate pleasure that never goes out of fashion.
