Delivery and pick-up
Version effective from: 07.10.2026
Here you will find everything about how and when you will receive your order from batida.pl. The detailed rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions (§ 13-16). You choose the fulfilment method, the day and the time slot in the cart - the cart only shows the dates that are possible for your products and address.

We calculate the minimum value and the free delivery threshold on the basis of the products delivered by the given method, excluding the delivery cost. Prices include VAT. The price of our own delivery depends on the postcode - the cart shows the price for your address.
When you will receive your order
- Each product has its preparation time stated on its page (e.g. 24 h, 48 h, 72 h) - this is how long we need to prepare it. You can order 24 h products for the next day until 21:00. The cart shows the earliest possible date and the following ones.
- Custom cakes (cake creator) and wedding cakes require more time, usually 5 days or more; we agree the date individually after the quote.
- We do not carry out pick-ups, deliveries or shipments on Sundays or on closed days: 11.11.2026, 25-26.12.2026, 1.01.2027 and 6.01.2027. Some boutiques may be open on those days, but we do not hand over or deliver online store orders on them. On 24.12.2026 the boutiques are open, and deliveries are made only in the 9:00-13:00 window. On 31.12.2026 pickups and deliveries run as usual (the cart shows the available times); only DPD Foods parcels are not sent that day. During holiday periods, boutique opening hours and delivery time slots may differ - the cart only shows the available dates.
Personal pick-up
- Free of charge, with no minimum order value.
- In the cart, you choose the boutique, the day and the time. The current addresses and opening hours of the boutiques are on the Boutiques page and in the cart.
- Our Pracownia pastry kitchen (ul. Przy Lasku 2, Warszawa) is a pick-up-only point, open Monday to Saturday, 8:30-13:00.
- When picking up, give your order number or surname. Another person may pick up the order.
- An order that has not been picked up waits at the boutique until the boutique closes on the pick-up day. After the boutique closes, food products are disposed of and the price is not refunded, because the product was prepared fresh for your date. If you know you will be late, call or write to us before the boutique closes.
Our own delivery - Warsaw and the area around Warsaw
- We deliver with our own refrigerated van, in the time slot chosen in the cart: Monday to Friday 8:00-10:00 (morning delivery, surcharge of 30,00 zł), 10:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00 and 15:00-18:00, on Saturdays 10:00-14:00 and 14:00-17:00. The morning delivery surcharge is also added when delivery is free.
- The area around Warsaw (75,00 zł) currently comprises the following municipalities: Czosnów, Halinów, Izabelin, Jabłonna, Józefów, Kobyłka, Legionowo, Marki, Nadarzyn, Nieporęt, Otwock, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Piaseczno, Piastów, Pruszków, Raszyn, Stare Babice, Wiązowna, Wieliszew and Zielonka. Łomianki, Konstancin-Jeziorna and Piaseczno with the postcode 05-500 have the Warsaw price (48,00 zł). The postcode checked in the cart and at checkout is decisive - in some municipalities we deliver only to some of the postcodes.
- The driver may call before delivery. Make sure the order can be received at the address during the chosen time slot (intercom, reception, a person to receive it). If you are ordering a gift, switch on "This is a gift" in the cart and enter the recipient's first name, surname and phone number.
- If the delivery fails for reasons attributable to the recipient (nobody at the address, incorrect address, no answer to phone calls), the driver leaves the order at the Batida boutique at ul. Królewska 2 in Warsaw - you can collect it until the boutique closes on the same day. We do not make a second delivery; after the boutique closes, food products are disposed of and the price (including the delivery cost) is not refunded.
- Address outside the delivery area? Choose personal pick-up or write to sklep@batida.pl - we quote delivery outside the zone individually.
DPD Foods shipping - other cities
- We ship products from the "Ships across Poland" category by DPD Foods courier at a controlled temperature to: Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Inowrocław, the Tri-City and Wrocław (together with the surrounding areas covered by the postcodes in the cart).
- In the cart, you choose the dispatch day (Tuesday to Friday, except closed days). The courier usually delivers the next day, during the courier's working hours, without a choice of time.
- DPD sends notifications by text message or e-mail; you will receive the tracking number from us by e-mail.
- Check the parcel on receipt; if it is damaged, draw up a damage report with the courier and write to us with photos, preferably on the same day.
T-shirts - InPost shipping
- We ship T-shirts (69,00 zł) separately from food products: by InPost courier or to a Paczkomat parcel locker, 19,99 zł, free from 500,00 zł in value of T-shirts.
- In the cart, choose a Paczkomat on the InPost map (or enter its code) or enter an address for the courier.
- Pre-sale: we ship T-shirts from 20.10.2026. We will send you the tracking number by e-mail.
- Collect the parcel from the Paczkomat within the time indicated by InPost (usually 48 h); a parcel that is not collected is returned to us, and we agree on reshipment by e-mail.
Gift
In the cart, switch on "This is a gift" - we will not include the receipt or a confirmation showing prices (we will only send them to you by e-mail). If someone else will pick up or receive the order, switch on "Someone else will pick up" (for delivery: "The recipient is someone else") and enter that person's first name, surname and phone number - we will pass them on to the boutique staff or the driver. For pick-up at a boutique, the order number or the surname given in the order is also enough. You can add an inscription on the cake or a letter on the product page.
Change of date or location
Write to sklep@batida.pl or call no later than as many hours before the date as the product's preparation time stated on its page (e.g. 24 h, 48 h or 72 h; if there are several products, the longest one applies). This also applies to cakes from the cake creator (preparation time as given in the quote). Details in § 19 of the Terms and Conditions.
