How do we pack and ship?
To which cities do you deliver?
We currently deliver to: Warsaw, Krakow, the Tri-City area, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz, Katowice, Bydgoszcz, Torun, Inowroclaw, and Konstancin-Jeziorna. We are working on expanding our coverage — you can check the exact postal code in the location selection window.
How are the products packaged and transported?
Each order is packed in sturdy packaging designed for transport, and the package travels with the special DPD Food courier in a controlled temperature — this is transport dedicated to food, more careful than a standard courier shipment.
How long does processing and delivery take?
The preparation time can be found with each product (usually 24–72 hours from placing the order). After dispatch, the DPD Food courier usually delivers the package the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
DPD Food courier delivery costs 30 PLN. The minimum order value for courier shipping is 50 PLN, and delivery is free for orders over 500 PLN.
Will the products arrive fresh?
Yes — for courier shipping, we select products from our offer that withstand transport well and retain their full flavor, while controlled temperature during transport takes care of the rest. We prepare them fresh, so the package is sent to you directly from the workshop.
