Coffee roasted especially for Batida in the Coffee Lab coffee workshop in Warsaw.
The grains of this coffee come from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala, specifically from the picturesque area of San Pedro Necta. These are Arabics of Bourbon, Typica and Caturra varieties, which have been wet processed - thanks to which they are distinguished by the exceptional purity of taste. In the cup you can sense velvet notes of milk chocolate, almonds and raspberries, and the low acidity makes coffee pleasantly balanced.
We use these grains for espresso in all Batida cafes - now you can enjoy the same taste at home.
