We make Batida cheesecakes with curd cheese and mascarpone, on shortcrust, spiced and oat bases. Shelf life 72H - a safe bet in any display case.

Basque miso - caramel for espresso and pour-over, chocolate for milk coffees, Lotus for flat white and matcha - white chocolate for light pour-overs.

How much is delivery?

We deliver in Warsaw and the surrounding area: 40 zł net, and from 1000 zł net delivery is free. Outside this area, pick up your order in a boutique. Pickup in boutiques marked „Odbiór B2B” and at the Pracownia is free.

How long do the cheesecakes stay fresh?

Shelf life is 72H from delivery - they easily last a few days in the display case.

How should I store the cheesecakes?

Refrigerated at 2-6°C. Serve chilled.
