Sweet Most really exists! Batida launches with shipment of cakes all over Poland
Warsaw, May 2025. - After two years of testing, revisions, prototypes with needles in the dough and many eaten "squashes", Batida announces something special:
from now on you can order our iconic baked goods with delivery to any place in Poland - In elegant wooden boxes or modern, safe tins. Fresh. Unfrozen. Straight from our workshop.
It's not just a change in logistics. It's a change in thinking about what a gift, a souvenir, or a "gesture without occasion" can be.
Now you can send cheesecake, red velvet or tiramisu for Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries or just out of longing. And not through just any platform, but from a pastry shop you've known for years.
"We wanted our customers to be able to experience the same taste and quality they know from our pastry shops - whether they're in Warsaw, Krakow or Bydgoszcz," - he says Caroline Radziszewska, Vice President of Batida.
The idea was born - like many of the best ideas - in the middle of the night. First there were third-party projects that ended up being absurd (pulling needles out of dough? no, thank you), then the first successful attempts with wooden boxes. Then - a partnership with DPD Food, thanks to which the cakes are transported in refrigerated conditions, from hand to hand, without transfers or freezing.
Today, every cake that goes to a customer travels at 0-4°C. And it looks as if you picked it up on your own from the pastry shop. Because that's what we cared about.
And if not a box - then a tin!
Tiramisu in a can? Yes. Red velvet? Still like. Cans are practical, aesthetically pleasing, protect the cake well and.... allow you to eat with a spoon straight from the package - on the beach, on the train, at a picnic or at work.
It's a bit like contra to flower mail - we called it working Sweet Mail. Because if you can send roses to Lublin, why not cakes?
Add a ticket, a few warm words, even a joke - and send.

All cakes are prepared the day before delivery in our atelier in Warsaw's Wola district, and then go into the hands of a refrigerated courier. We don't freeze, we don't cut corners, and we don't lower standards.
