Summer is that special time when we have access to the most exotic flavors from around the world. Inspired by summer adventures from the most distant corners, we created a cake with a unique, tropical combination of fruity flavors.

The premiere edition of the cake from the large cakes collection. Its unique shape hides the sunniest flavors. Coconut mousse with tropical flavors of yuzu fruit, mango, and passion fruit will quickly teleport you under a palm tree with blue skies above.

We’re not exaggerating! This is a fusion of the juiciest flavors.

The cake is set on a fluffy coconut sponge, topped with a yellow-orange velvet dusting, decorated with edible gold. Let yourself be carried away somewhere fruity and sweet. These impressions from exotic travels inspired Mira Bogucka, the Head Pastry Chef, to create this summer dessert.

The diamond is made based on coconut sugar, which is produced from the flowers of the coconut palm. Its mild, coconut-caramel flavor and pleasant aroma are some of the qualities of this exceptional ingredient.

Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index than white sugar, which is why it is also considered a healthier substitute.
