Our version is made with an aromatic poultry-beef broth with vegetables – carrot, celery, and parsley – which gives the whole dish depth and natural sweetness. The most important ingredients are forest mushrooms: bay boletes, slippery jacks, and porcini, which enrich the flavor with an intense forest aroma and unique character.
