A crisp almond crust, velvety pâtissière cream made with real vanilla bean, and as much as 50 g of fresh, hand-picked wild strawberries. These are some of the most unique seasonal fruits — incredibly delicate, intensely fragrant, available for a very short time, and hard to source in larger quantities.
Their slightly tart, intense flavor perfectly balances the creamy sweetness of the dessert. A small tart, a rare ingredient, and a truly big impression.
The tart is available exclusively for delivery or personal pickup on Friday, July 3. Quantities are very limited — once sold out, no additional production is planned.
