Small French cakes with far more character than their size suggests. They are made with brown butter, ground almonds and 100% pistachio paste - which makes them delicately crisp on the outside and soft and pleasantly moist inside.

Intensely pistachio, buttery, lightly caramelly - great with coffee, but they disappear just as well without any company.
