Autumn has its own flavour - and it is definitely pumpkin.
On a crisp chocolate and almond base sits a creamy filling of pumpkin and cheese, spiced with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. We finish it with a light vanilla cream made with mascarpone.
It is creamy, warmly spiced and pleasantly chocolatey - exactly how a dessert for cooler days should taste. It works on a Halloween table just as well as for an ordinary “let’s grab a coffee”.
