FLUFFY, MOIST, FOR ANY TIME OF DAY.

Batida muffins are a proper dessert in a hand-held portion: a moist sponge, a mascarpone-based cream and a decoration that stands out on the counter. We bake them in Warsaw with buttermilk and real ingredients - KISO matcha, yuzu, tahini.

Lemon - poppy seed - yuzu is a fresh, tangy flavour for pour-over, Chocolate - tahini plays well with espresso, Carrot with cardamom with cappuccino, and Matcha with white chocolate with a light-roast Ethiopia. Lead time 24-48H, refrigerated delivery.

How much is delivery?

We deliver in Warsaw and the surrounding area: 40 zł net, and from 1000 zł net delivery is free. Outside this area, pick up your order in a boutique. Pickup in boutiques marked „Odbiór B2B” and at the Pracownia is free.

How long do the muffins stay fresh?

Shelf life is 24H from delivery - best ordered as you go.

Do the muffins need to be kept in the fridge?

Keep them covered so they don't dry out. Details are on the product sheet.

Which muffin is the least sweet?
