Corporate breakfast, training session, team meeting — with 30 guests, variety and efficient logistics matter. This set is a complete banquet menu: 10 types of savoury snacks and 9 mini desserts, all prepared by hand and served ready to be arranged on the table.

The set is designed for 30 people and contains a total of 240 snacks, which we recommend for a meeting lasting up to 3 hours.

Savoury snacks (15 pieces of each item):

- Chilli con carne tortilla - aromatic chilli con carne with beef, tomatoes and chilli peppers, on cream cheese with a fresh salad mix
- Smoked salmon tortilla - delicate smoked salmon with cream cheese, broad beans, tomatoes and a hint of blue cheese, with spinach and rocket
- Quiche Lorraine - a classic of French cuisine: crisp, buttery pastry with a silky egg-and-cream filling and fried bacon
- Broccoli and blue cheese quiche - crisp, buttery pastry with a delicate cream filling, green broccoli and distinctive blue cheese | vegetarian
- Smoked salmon sandwich - wholegrain bread with cream cheese, slices of smoked salmon, fresh dill, cucumber and capers
- Burrata sandwich - crisp baguette with creamy burrata, green pesto and sweet cherry tomato confit | vegetarian
- Melon and feta tartlet - a refreshing combination of sweet melon and salty feta with fresh mint, strawberry and a delicate hint of chilli | vegetarian
- Goat cheese tartlet - crisp pastry with creamy goat cheese and a tomato salad with olive oil, chives and balsamic vinegar | vegetarian
- Oriental tartlet - roast beef with tapioca pearls, mango, edamame and fresh cucumber, with soy and sesame dressing, coriander and a hint of chilli
- Egg and chive croissant - buttery, crisp croissant with creamy egg spread and fresh chives | vegetarian

- Fruit tartlet - crisp, buttery pastry with silky real vanilla cream, topped with fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
- Raspberry macaron - French macaron with white chocolate and intense freeze-dried raspberry
- Mini pistachio pavlova - crisp meringue with 100% pistachio cream, feuilletine crunch and gold accents
- Mini coconut pavlova - delicate meringue with silky coconut cream, coconut flakes and edible gold
- Chocolate moelleux - intensely chocolatey, soft cake with dark chocolate cream and a crisp feuilletine layer
- Pistachio moelleux - soft, moist cake with pistachio cream and crunchy pistachios
- Vanilla pebble - silky vanilla mousse with a strawberry centre, finished with edible velvet and a sugar-paste brooch
- Powder pink meringue - crisp meringue with vanilla cream and pomegranate, decorated with a French raspberry macaron
- Coffee explosion - delicate biscuit with an intense coffee flavour, finished with edible velvet, gold and a sugar-paste flower
