Therefore, rainy and frosty days do not bring comfort. Chocolate is one of those ingredients that improves our well-being. This is due to the high content of magnesium, iron and antioxidants. The taste and smell of chocolate also have an impact on improving mood. With winter cake flavors, we will not let you get blue!

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Chocolate mousse is a classic that your mothers still remember and you remember it as a taste of childhood. Most importantly, you say that it is unchanging, which is why you choose it so often for all occasions. The foundation of the cake is a fluffy chocolate sponge cake, which creates a perfect composition together with the creamy chocolate mousse. We have prepared the mousse on the basis of high-quality chocolate with 70% cocoa content from the Belgian brand Barry Callebaut. It's all because of this small fruit from the citrus family, which is said to have a little bit of each citrus fruit condensed in its flavor. Its fruit may be small, but it has more vitamin C than lemon, which is one of the main ingredients of many winter infusions and reigns in Polish homes. A delightfully creamy milk chocolate mousse is broken by a sour yuzu fruit coulis. The fluffy chocolate sponge cake with chocolate nibs goes perfectly with the mousse. The top layer of the cake proudly presents a crunchy cracker based on nut paste, milk chocolate and black sesame. We think that the bitterness of sesame is a perfect break between the sweet and sour taste.
