Pork tenderloin with rosemary - delicate meat with a festive twist
Pork tenderloin is one of the most valued meats - delicate, juicy and tender. In our version, it was prepared with the addition of fresh rosemary, garlic and pepper, which emphasize its natural flavor and give it an aromatic character.
We prepare the meat using this method sous vide, i.e. in a vacuum, at a low and controlled temperature. Thanks to this, the tenderloin retains its full flavor, juiciness and exceptional tenderness, and its aroma is intense and natural. This is a technique that allows you to achieve a restaurant effect in your own home.
Thanks to vacuum packaging, serving it is extremely easy - just a few minutes in hot water is enough to enjoy the finished dish. This is a proposition that will work well both on the holiday table and during formal family dinners.
