Passover - a classic taste in a modern form
Passover is a Christmas dessert, which has been an integral part of the Easter table for years. In our interpretation it takes the form of a light cheese mousse, created on the basis of local cottage cheese and mascarpone cheese, with a hint of orange liqueur. The wealth of dried fruit - apricots, raisins, orange peel, pistachios and hazelnuts - he adds a characteristic structure and sweets to it. The whole is enveloped by a delicate white mirror topping, which emphasizes the elegance of dessert. Dining gold and flower decoration gives it a subtle exquisite.
Each bite is a combination of velvet cream, light fruity acidity and crunchy additives - a dessert that perfectly fits into Easter traditions, but in a completely modern setting.
