Nut mazurek with currant - a harmonious combination of flavors
Mazurek is a classic Easter cake, which in our interpretation combines the intensity of nuts and the acidic note of blackcurrant. The fragile, chocolate bottom is the base for a crunchy layer with peanut butter and white chocolate. Black currant jam adds pleasant fruity acidity, and the cream based on peanut butter emphasizes the richness of taste.
The whole is finished with a velvet blackcurrant Cremeux, which gives the dessert a unique structure. Decoration of roasted peanut, chocolate eggs, edible gold and cream crimeux made of peanut means that this mazurek impresses not only with its taste, but also with appearance.
