Mazurek is a classic Easter cake, which in our interpretation combines the intensity of nuts and the acidic note of blackcurrant. The fragile, chocolate bottom is the base for a crunchy layer with peanut butter and white chocolate. Black currant jam adds pleasant fruity acidity, and the cream based on peanut butter emphasizes the richness of taste.
