Duck broth
Duck broth is the essence of a deep, homemade taste enclosed in a jar. Cooked for many hours based on ducks and fresh vegetables and spices, it gives an intense aroma and natural clarity, which is in vain to look for in ready -made bullion cubes. In the composition you will find only what you really need: carrots, celery, onions, parsley, allspice and bay leaf. Without the addition of preservatives, no artificial enhancers.
Ideal as a base for soups, sauces, risotto or stews. It is also great as an independent warming infusion - just heat and drink with your favorite bread.
