Our traditional red borscht is the quintessence of Polish holidays, prepared from the highest quality ingredients. It is based on elongated beets, which give it a deep, intense color and unique flavor. Complemented with fresh vegetables - carrots, parsley and onion, as well as a bit of garlic to add expressiveness.

The aroma is gained thanks to natural spices such as bay leaf, allspice and marjoram. The addition of juicy apple and natural beetroot sourdough introduces the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. This unique combination of ingredients makes our borscht the perfect choice for Christmas Eve dinner.
