Undoubtedly, having breakfast together is the most important meal during Easter.
What to choose for the Easter table so that your loved ones are delighted and remember this holiday for a long time? We have prepared Easter must-haves by Batida - add these dishes to your Easter menu and we guarantee that everyone sitting at the table will be enchanted.

1. Sour rye soup with white sausage
I guess we won't surprise anyone by putting this gentleman first on our Easter must-have list, because sour rye soup is the undisputed king of Easter breakfasts.
This is often where the morning family feast at the common table begins.
This year, the head chef, Marzena Hajn, has prepared a real Polish żurek ( a Polish dish made from her own sourdough). It is a must with an egg - zero egg from organic free range and white sausage from locals.
She prepared the broth with smoked ribs and smoked bacon, there are no half-measures here – the żurek must be aromatic! The taste is enhanced by horseradish, garlic and marjoram. You have to try it!
2. Stuffed eggs
Stuffed, soft-boiled, poached, hard-boiled – eggs are undoubtedly the basis of the Easter table. When buying eggs or choosing products with eggs from local catering companies or restaurants, be sure to find out what eggs are used to prepare dishes.
Always choose places that use zero-eggs – these are eggs from happy, free-range hens. In the Batida studio and kitchen, we only use zero-eggs.
This year, Batida's offer includes eggs stuffed with five pastes, which we selected together from among many proposals prepared for the annual pre-Christmas tasting.
Each of these pastes is dedicated to different tastes. For those who like classic and traditional flavors, the best option will definitely be the paste with country ham from locals, egg and onion or egg. For mushroom fans, the one with mushroom, coriander and pepper, for fish fans definitely smoked salmon with avocado and lime, and for those who like modern variations, the best choice will be the herbal paste with wasabi.
3. Pâté
A must-have snack or spread on the Easter table. In many homes, it is also served warm with tartar sauce, gravy, or red onion jam. It often aspires to be the favorite of guests sitting at the shared table.
This year at Batida there are four versions of pâté. Pork and beef with green pepper, pork and beef with plum, duck with cranberries and something for vegetarians – lentil pâté with aromatic cumin and vegetables.
4. Mazurka
What more can I say, mazurek is undoubtedly the sweet calling card of Easter.
Prepared using many different techniques with hundreds of flavor compositions.
This year's Batida Easter offer includes both limited and iconic proposals for the Easter table prepared by Head Pastry Chef, Mira Bogucka and her team.
Mazurek with dried fruit has been in Batida's offer for many years, any modification of this Easter cake, beloved by our customers, would involve quite a picket in front of our boutiques, which is why we called it CULT and it appears in our proposals in an unchanged form once again.
The second one, which will appear on tables this year, is a nut mazurek on shortcrust pastry with peanut butter, white chocolate and feuilletine - loosely translated - a crunchy cracker based on nut paste and milk chocolate.
