Easter Pascha

It's hard to talk about the full flavor of Easter without Passover. Its main ingredient is a delicious cheese mousse made of local cottage cheese combined with mascarpone cheese, which has been enriched with orange liqueur and dried fruit, raisin, orange peel, pistachio and hazelnut.
