The base of the dough is the traditional shortcrust almond cake, which includes three important elements that affect its final taste.

Mazurek in the middle with crème passion, ganache with matcha tea and sesame crunchy is an original and tasty proposal for a festive table. Shortbread almond cake is an ideal base for a creamy and delicate crème passion and smooth ganache with matcha tea (Moya). The addition of a crunchy sesame top layer introduces an interesting contrast and variety. This cake will certainly satisfy the demanding palate and surprise with its unique taste and character.
